Fitness facilities also included options for personal trainers. Super comfy feather pillows made for a great night’s sleep. A tea/coffee maker was available for those late-night brews.

I had a convenient experience during my stay, and I enjoyed the restaurant options nearby. The dinner I ordered was well-prepared and exceeded expectations. After a long day of exploring, it was nice to return to a comfortable room with plenty of space. As someone who loves road trips, I appreciated the easy access to attractions. Although I faced some challenges, they didn't overshadow the positive aspects of my visit.

However, the noise insulation was severely lacking. conversations and bathroom sounds from adjacent rooms were clearly audible. Additionally, the room had a few unsightly stains and poorly maintained wallpaper, reducing the overall appeal. Parking nearby was also a challenge, with frequent bus noise throughout the day.

In my wife's opinion, we needed more towels for our family of seven. It would be great if they provided clear info on parking and access from the garage to the hotel.

The hotel had a great atmosphere with very friendly staff, and the bar was quite enjoyable with tasty food. However, the room left something to be desired. it was uncomfortably hot, and the service to address it was lacking. The lack of sound insulation also made for a restless night.

Fantastic view and comfy beds!

Had an awesome time here! We were on the twelfth floor and the view of the frozen river was breathtaking. The beds were super comfy too! Really liked the bar area for a nightcap. Just a shame parking was $5. felt like they could've thrown that in for the price we paid.

We just had an amazing stay! The breakfast buffet was out of this world, especially the freshly made omelets and waffles. Our room was spacious and pristine, a great spot for our family. We really enjoyed the service, particularly in the restaurant where Amanda was exceptional!
